Who we are
Sunshine Tutoring provides Maths and English tuition for students from Kindergarten to Year 12 at our Bella Vista centre and through our online learning portal at sunshinetutoring.au. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries: when you contact us or book a free assessment we collect the parent or guardian’s name, contact details, and the student’s name, age, year level and subjects, so we can respond and arrange the assessment.
- Enrolled students: we keep assessment results, progress records and portal activity so we can teach effectively, track improvement and report to parents.
- Website: our site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics.
Children’s information
Most of our students are under 18. Student accounts and records are established with parent or guardian consent, and we collect only what is reasonably necessary to deliver tutoring.
Storage, security and sharing
Records are held in our enrolment systems and learning portal, protected by login access, and we take reasonable steps to keep them secure. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the student’s own tutor and where the law requires.
Portal terms of use
- Portal access is for currently enrolled students and engaged tutors. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
- All worksheets, quizzes, assessments and diagrams in the portal are copyright Sunshine Tutoring and are provided solely for the enrolled student’s personal study. They must not be copied, redistributed, posted online or sold. Materials are watermarked, and removing a watermark breaches these terms.
- Do not attempt to scrape or bulk-export portal content.

Access, correction and contact
